Positive Mornings

45 days to
your life

Seeking focus and fulfillment but don't know where to start?

Are you bombarded with inspirational and motivational quotes, but lack an action plan to make a change?

Do you get overwhelmed reading "48 things to be a happier person today?"

We totally get it.

We have been where you are.

There is so much fluff in the positivity and affirmation space.

We love a good motivational quote as much as the next person, but when we aren't actually moving towards our personal goals, it feels hollow.

Our next free challenge starts January 2nd

45 Days to a More Positive You

We challenge you to invest Five Focused Minutes into your self development each morning for 45 days.

Become one of the many Positive People:

  • Support each other on our journey toward positivity and happiness
  • Receive weekly emails with actionable advice
  • Discover inspiring stories from our community
  • Say YES to developing the best version of yourself

All you need is a pen, paper, and a rough idea of who you want to be. It's as simple as that.

Make a Change

We wanted to make changes in our lives, and didn't know where to start. With healthy skepticism we ignored the gurus and drove straight to the science.

We read journal articles, listened to university lectures, and yes, several TED Talks. Through our research, we identified a few key aspects of the mainstream affirmation practices that are not scientifically supported.

One example is that repeating phrases like "I become happier everyday" can actually make people with low self esteem feel even worse.

We also uncovered findings that are rarely incorporated into affirmations, like using the pronoun "you" in your self-talk, which contributes to a more positive outlook.

To learn more about our unique approach and how to implement these affirmations into your life, join our next challenge.

Five minutes never felt so fulfilling...

To kick off the Positive Mornings Challenge, we empower you with a step-by-step guide to focus on your goals, develop positive affirmations within a research-based framework, and personalized everything to you.

First, you commit to time for yourself to delve into your goals and aspirations. Then, you take clear, measurable steps to improve your mindset and increase your focus.

Our Affirmation Creation Guide provides a framework in which to reflect:

  • Who do you want to be now, next month, and in the years to come?
  • How do you want to feel on a daily basis?
  • What negativity do you want to let go of?
  • What would you like to do with your day? Are there activities, hobbies, or passions that you want to spend more time exploring?
  • How do you want to act around your family, friends, and coworkers?

Positive Mornings starts with a challenge, and it doesn't end there.

These positive affirmations are part of a morning ritual that brings focus and clarity for months and years to come!

We structure the challenge for 45 days, so that your practice becomes a habit. Your affirmations will be as ingrained in your behavior as brushing your teeth, and builds a foundation for you to create your own Positive Mornings.

We are passionate about helping you focus on what's important, creating a positive mindset, and boosting your self esteem.

If not today - when?

Unfortunately, many people fail to take action on becoming this better version of themselves.

And instead of taking action, we just dream about a better life...someday.

Instead of forcibly shoving barriers out of the way, we let that negativity sneak it's way back into our minds and hold us back.

So many people want to increase their focus, motivation, and positivity. And so few ever take concrete actions towards that goal.

You already know it's not just information alone. Most of the information is out there! Waiting another month to read more or add to your Pinterest Board won't change anything.

If information alone were enough, you would already be there.

Sometimes, we need a little nudge from someone who believes in us when we struggle to believe in ourselves. Someone who can encourage us, guide us — someone who's been there.

Otherwise, years from now, we will look back on our lives, with the same regret many dying people share, "I wish I'd believed in myself enough to try / do / be _________."

We are here to guide along every step of your journey. The community will support you, as you grapple with deep-seated insecurities. We believe so strongly in our affirmations because we have seen them work - not just for us, but for people like you.

Don't let fear get in the way, fear of failure, fear of time constraints, or any other fear or worry holding you back.

If you are ready to commit to your self development, don't wait for "some day", when you have more time or flexibility.

If not now, then when?

The decision is up to you.

As always, time moves forward relentlessly.

A year from now, will you be living the life you want?

In 45 days, will you have the foundation for that life?
